Hi, I’m Lynsie Steinley.

I used to be the peacekeeper in my family, the fixer, the one who carried the emotional weight of others, especially my family. And yet, I was still deeply lonely and exhausted. I was also disconnected from God, unclear on who I was or what I wanted, and unsure how to stand up for myself in relationships.

It took a lot of years and complete surrender, but mercifully, God met me there. Now I help daughters of emotionally immature parents become aware of unhealthy family dynamics, set healthy boundaries, and claim the abundant life God has for them. That’s why I created The Peaceful Mother Method.


My Story

What began as a passion project to heal myself has evolved into something much more.

I am the oldest daughter of two emotionally immature parents. Growing up with emotionally immature parents often left me feeling lost when it came to being a Godly wife and mother. For years, I turned to therapy, journaling, and self-help books on emotionally immature parents, boundaries, and people-pleasing in an effort to “fix” the patterns of overworking and disconnection. While those tools were helpful, I eventually realized that the real root of these struggles stemmed from the emotional immaturity I had inherited from my parents.

With time, maturity, and forgiveness, I gained clarity on how their lack of empathy, poor emotional regulation, and discomfort with healthy conflict impacted me. That understanding is now at the heart of my approach, which combines attachment theory with Biblical truth to create lasting transformation where other methods often fall short.

With The Peaceful Mother Method, this 8-week program helps you understand how your parents’ emotional immaturity has shaped you, build emotional awareness and regulation, strengthen your self-worth and boundaries, identify unhealthy dynamics, and create a more resilient, peaceful life. You’ll also receive weekly check-ins to stay accountable and on track when motivation dips.

As a BA Psychology and Master’s in HR graduate, Certified Professional Life Coach (CPLC), and narcissistic abuse survivor with over 4 years of experience, I’ve supported women in building confidence, leaving toxic jobs, setting healthy boundaries, and stepping into guilt-free motherhood.
