I used to be a people-pleaser, a fixer, especially in my own family growing up. And yet, I was still deeply lonely and exhausted from carrying the emotional weight of others. I was also disconnected from God, unclear on who I was or what I wanted, and unsure how to stand up for myself in relationships.

It took a lot of years and complete surrender, but mercifully, God met me there. Now I help the adult children of emotionally immature parents become aware of healthy family dynamics, set Biblical boundaries, and claim the abundant life God has for them. I love watching each transformation - it delights me to do this meaningful work.
