I offer personalized, professional coaching services specializing in the painful effects emotionally immature parents have on their adult children.
-
I was raised by two emotionally immature parents, and the impact on my life was profound. After earning my ICF coaching certification, I felt called to serve women who grew up in similar environments. Children of emotionally immature parents often face challenges that others don’t. I’m passionate about helping women like me break those cycles so they can create healthier, more fulfilling lives for themselves and their families.

My approach combines Biblical truth with psychological insight to create lasting, transformational change.
While traditional therapy can be valuable for processing past patterns, many women want more than understanding. They want practical tools and forward momentum. Coaching provides clear strategies, accountability, and actionable steps to create real change in the present.
In our work together, we’ll look at what’s been holding you back, but we’ll focus primarily on moving you toward the peaceful, connected life and home you’ve always wanted.
-
You can reach out anytime via social buttons or email. Also, booking a free Discovery Call is just a click away on the Book Now buttons. I aim to respond quickly, usually within one business day.
-
I offer flexible pricing based on individual circumstance and complexity. After an initial conversation, I’ll provide a transparent quote with no hidden costs.
I also offer payment plans that make my coaching program very affordable.
-
Clients describe me as empathetic, down-to-earth, and action-oriented. I hold space for where you are while also helping you move forward. I won’t just listen and nod; I’ll ask the tough questions, point out patterns you may not see, and gently but directly push you toward the results you want.
At the same time, I celebrate every win and offer support through the messy middle. My approach blends Biblical truth and Scripture with behavioral psychology, giving you both real talk and practical tools you can use right away. Most importantly, I walk in partnership with the Holy Spirit and allow Him to lead every session.

That actually makes sense. Most people come to me after trying multiple programs or strategies that didn't stick long-term. The issue isn't the information (we live in the most informed time period in history), it was that you didn't have the personalized support, accountability, or underlying mindset work to make it sustainable over time. That's exactly what we'll focus on together.
-
You are ready if you're tired of staying in the same patterns that make you feel tired or frustrated, and you're willing to do the work to change them. You don't need to have everything figured out because that's what we'll do together!
The Peaceful Mother Method isn't for people who are looking for a quick fix, or who aren't willing to be honest with themselves. I'll be honest - this will take effort. But if you're ready to invest in yourself and take real action, then you're ready! -
Most clients start seeing shifts whithin the first 3 weeks - they have more clarity around behavior patterns, more confidence in their leadership role in the home, more energy overall for positive engagement with their kids, and they feel encouraged to keep going.
Bigger transformations typically happen around the 6-8 week mark. The speed depends on your starting point and how consistently you apply what we work on. I've had clients who have had major breakthroughs at the 6 week mark who build on that momentum, but everyone's journey looks different.
-
I'm as invested in your results as you are - (my success as a coach depends on it, afterall). That's why we check in regularly to make sure you're making progress and adjust our appoach if needed. Coaching requires an honest partnership - I'll bring the expertise, tools, and support, but you'll need to show up consistently and do the work.
If you're committed to the process, you will see results. And if at any point things aren't working, we will talk about it honestly and figure out what needs to shift.
-
That’s a good question, and I’m glad you asked.
Coaching is a significant investment of money, time, and effort, so it makes sense to weigh it carefully. The real question is this: What will it cost you if you don’t address these patterns?
If you continue to feel distracted, disconnected from your kids, or weighed down by old habits, how much will that affect your family over the next year… five years… or a lifetime? What kind of parenting example do you want to pass down to your children and future generations?
This work isn’t just about the time we spend together. It’s about the clarity, skills, and lasting transformation you’ll carry with you for life. Most clients tell me it’s one of the best investments they’ve ever made in themselves.
-
No, you don’t. However, my approach is deeply rooted in my faith in Jesus and incorporates Scripture throughout our work together. If you’re open to faith-based tools and perspectives, we’ll likely be a great fit.
